In 1997, I created The Gadgeteer, one of the longest-running independent gadget review sites on the web today. After 28 years running that popular site, I have transitioned my passion for writing honest tech reviews to video reviews. I'm excited to be focusing on my YouTube channel (@JulieStrietelmeier) where I deliver real world gadget reviews, unboxings, and tech experiments. I'll also be doing quick tech news posts right here on this site that cut through the hype.

With thousands of reviews under my belt and a promise of unbiased insights, my goal continues to help viewers make smart buying decisions on everything from tech toys and smart home gear, to EDC and retro devices.
